Surrounding the swimming area is a concrete deck equipped with lounge chairs. This incredible spring and the Wekiva River are centerpieces of this tropical KOA where wildlife abounds.

It is surrounded by 9,000 acres of conservation land which flows uninterrupted throughout the mature landscaping of this property. A glimpse of the real Florida that many visitors never see. It's filled with fun too! You can shoot down the waterslides into the spring, go canoeing or kayaking in the Wekiva River, fish at the Marina, sing Karaoke at the Tiki Bar, swim in the heated pool and bird watch. Enjoy the many activities organized by the full-time activities director or summertime DJ. The 9,000 square foot clubhouse is the perfect gathering spot for events.
